London comes from an Alaskan

family that values fresh, local, and

seasonal whole foods.

A 1995 Gonzaga University graduate

with business degrees, she ventured

to Japan, traveled the world, and

ultimately returned to Spokane in 2002. In 2007, she swapped her banker’s suit

for a kitchen apron and founded London’s Ultimate Catering. Today, she proudly leads a hardworking and ultra-creative team that continues to exceed her expectations.

London’s meticulous attention to

detail and passion for event design set London’s Ultimate Catering apart. As the owner and your Event Coordinator, she is hands-on with every event, ensuring your vision comes to life flawlessly. As you may have noticed, raspberry is her favorite color!

Stefan Reynolds
Executive Chef

Originally from Yakima, Stefan has spent the last 18 years refining his skills as a chef at some of Spokane’s top dining spots, including Luna and Spencer’s.

​

His culinary style is Modern American with Mediterranean and Asian influences. When he’s not experimenting in the kitchen, you’ll find him playing guitar, enjoying disc golf, sipping whisky, or hiking through the beautiful Pacific Northwest with his wife, Jessica.

​

We’re thrilled to have Stefan on our team! His passion, creativity, and fresh perspective make him an incredible asset, and we know you’ll be blown away by what he brings to the table.

Amy joined London’s Ultimate Catering as a Server in 2010 and

has since taken on every role needed to support the company’s success. Now, as Operations, she is dedicated to ensuring your event runs seamlessly from start to finish.
