London comes from an Alaskan family that values fresh, local, seasonal whole foods.
A 1995 Gonzaga University graduate with business degrees she moved to Japan, traveled the world, and decided to call Spokane home again in 2002. In 2007 she traded in her banker’s suit for a kitchen apron opening London’s Ultimate Catering. London is proud to lead this ultra-creative hardworking team that exceeds her expectations every day.
Her meticulous attention to detail and love of event design is what makes London’s Ultimate Catering different from other caterers. Not only is she the owner, she is your Event Coordinator and works on every event to ensure that your vision comes to fruition.
And as you can see, Raspberry is her favorite color.
Amy started with London’s Ultimate Catering as an Event Lead and has filled every gap in our company since 2010. Now as the Operations Manager, she will do everything possible to ensure your event is a success.
The vision of your event is just the first step. Planning and flawless execution is what makes an event a success. Amy knows that organizational and strong work ethics is the key to making sure that not only is your menu delicious but that our service is on time and executed by enthusiastic and professional staff.
Deborah is a classically French trained
Le Cordon Bleu chef taking the freshest ingredients and showcasing their flavors.
She started her career learning from the amazing chef Jim Campbell at the Rainer Club in Seattle. But when her husband had a job opportunity on this side of the cascades, she was excited to move to Spokane and back to farmland. Deborah worked at Luna as the Sous Chef for 4 years loving that they have
their own garden.
Deborah knows what it takes to execute your vision in any situation. From wheat fields with no traditional kitchen to a plated 6 course dinner in a client’s home. Her passion for seasonal ingredients and dedication to classic yet modern flavors leads our kitchen to exceed expectations.
We call Brenda our team cheer leader because her delightful attitude brightens every room she walks in.
Since 2012 she has helped us grow by always bringing a "can do" attitude
to any event.
She works with you to make sure that even when if it rains during your event that your plans keep moving forward………maybe just under a last minute tent or inside. Her ability to make clients feel at ease is
what makes her an invaluable asset.
Justine volunteered for a charity event that we catered in 2013. Her presence made an impact on us and within 2 weeks she became part of the team.
She is incredibly intelligent and is currently applying for master programs
to become something we can’t pronounce.
More importantly she is a master at wine pairings &crafting cocktails.
Justine is a certified Sommelier CMS I.
